Blueberry Cream Cheese Protein Muffins
Ingredients

  • 1 1 ⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ⁄2 cup egg whites
  • ½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ⁄3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1 ⁄2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 1 ⁄2 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
