  • 1 Olive Oil Spray (you can use oil too but it will add points/calories)

  • 1-½ lbs Chicken Breast
  • ¾ tbsp Onion Powder
  • ¾ tbsp Paprika
  • ¾ tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt (any salt works)
  • subheading: Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1-½ cups G Hughes Sugar Free Sweet Chili Sauce
  • ⅓ cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce (w/ sugar) optional
  • 1-½ cups Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Wholesome Yum Keto Honey Substitute
