ICE CREAM MAKER

3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

⅔ cup or 182 g plain vegan yogurt

¼ cup or 75 g maple syrup

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

VITAMIX

2 cups frozen banana chunks

¼ cup maple syrup

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

½ cup vegan yogurt (refrigerated overnight)

4 cups frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, or peaches)
