Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas reserve acquafaba
  • 2 tablespoons acquafaba
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce / tamarind
Steps
  1. Blend until smooth, add more acquafaba or water to reach desired consistency.
