Sun-Dried Tomato and Chicken Tortellini Bake

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • ½ teaspoon McCormick Oregano Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Basil Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Parsley Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 and ¼ cup milk (1%, 2%, or whole; not skim)
  • 1 cup chicken stock (or broth)
  • ½ cup + 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, separated
  • 9 ounces refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1 and ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
