Spinach Artichoke Dip Pizza

  • 2 scallions (green onions), finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional for mild heat
  • subheading: For the Pizza:
  • 1 thin store-bought pizza crust, like Boboli
  • 1 to 1½ cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
