Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup unsweetened cashew milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream (or 1 heaping Tablespoon peanut butter for an S)
  • 1 small banana (s) (or ½ large banana for an E)
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (2 generous Tablespoons)
  • 4 pinches mineral salt
  • 2.5 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend (plus 2 to 3 teaspoons THM Gentle Sweet; this is the perfect combo of sweeteners for people we've tested these on, but you can try your own sweetener combo's)
  • ½ tsp TH Glucomannan ("gluccie")
  • ½ tsp extract of your choice
  • 16 large ice cubes (16 to 18 large ice cubes)
  • 4 Tbsp TH Pristine Protein Powder (1 scoop unflavored THM Pristine whey)
