How to Make a Béchamel Sauce (White Sauce) and my mac and cheese
this is the base for how I make macaroni and cheese. I make the sauce then cube up regular amul processed cheese and melt it through the sauce. A then add the al dente macaroni. I also add smoked paprika to give it the yellow color and I’ve been told to add a little bit like 1/2 teaspoon of mustard to give it the sharp cheddar flavor.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
