  • 2 cups (300 grams) wholemeal (wholewheat) plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup (80 grams) shredded unsweetened coconut, plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 cup raspberries, plus ⅓ cup
  • 2 pears, grated
