  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 ⅓ cups whole milk
  • ½ vanilla bean (split down the centre to expose the seeds)
  • ¼ to ½ tsp vanilla
  • subheading: Fruit Topping:
  • raspberries
  • icing sugar
