  • Natalia Lukin Ok my second attempt at waffles was soooo good! I used Maria's recipe with the 4 ingredients that someone psoted yesterday. I added a pinch of vanilla powder and 1 scoop glycine. (NOTE: the glycine did not make this sweet. I am taking 1 scoop glycine daily now as a supplement not as a sweetener!). These waffles will be a staple. I topped it with 1 tbsp of brown butter ghee from yesterday's video: youtu.be/51dROcEEX1c
  • This was 1 t scoop unflavored Equip, 1 tbsp beef gelatin, 2 eggs, 1 pinch vanillas, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 scoop glycine (optional). Topped with 1 tbsp brown butter ghee: 49 g Protein! 24 g fat, zero total carbs (other than animal carbs in eggs which I don't count)
  • These waffles are both crispy and chewy!
