1 1⁄4 cups water 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 large egg, beaten 3 3⁄4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour 3⁄4 cup freshly grated asiago cheese 1⁄4 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 teaspoon sea salt 2 teaspoons instant yeast FILLING 1⁄2 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh crushed garlic 1⁄2 cup freshly grated asiago cheese
