  • pumpkin cut into wedges
  • quinoa 2 cups

  • roast pumpkin with Rosemary mix. Buffalo air fryer for 12mins.
  • heat up oil,  fry minced garlic and add in cumin and chili flakes. Add in washed quinoa.
  • steam quinoa with 2 cups of water with smart cooker for half hours.
  • mix quinoa and roast pumpkin and serve.
