  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 5 Persian (mini) cucumbers, shaved lengthwise on a mandoline into ⅛-inch- thick slabs
  • 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
  • ¼ cup chervil, mint, or parsley leaves
