Ingredients
  • 33 fresh eggs ....separated
  • 36 good sized cocktail glasses ( about 2 oz) whiskey
  • 1 cup Jamaican rum
  • 33 level tablespoons granulated sugar ( one for each egg)
  • 1 quart heavy cream.......whipped
  • 3 quarts milk
  • 3 grated nutmeg
  • Beat yolks thoroughly. Add sugar a little at a time. Add liquor as you keep on beating. Then add in ½ of well beathen egg whites. Add in ½ of milk and ½ of cream. Beat thoroughly then add rest of milk cream and whites. Keep beating. Sprinkle grated nutmeg over top. Let stand in refrigerator overnight before serving.
