Ingredients
  • 1 cup yellow mung lentil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 300 ml. water (1 + ¼ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black salt (adjustable)
  • ¼ cup green onions (finely chopped)
