Making Homemade roasted butternut squash is quick, easy, and healthy, especially when they’re cooked in the air fryer!
Ingredients
  • Butternut squash. Peeled, de-seeded, and cut into a french-fry shape.
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil (avocado oil) or spray oil
  • Seasoning: ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon mixed herb seasoning. I use the Organic Veggie blend to season my butternut squash and Roast Vegetables and Fries Spice Blend.
  • Avocado oil spray.
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh chopped parsley (optional)
  • Balsamic Glaze (Optional). Or you can make your own homemade Balsamic Glaze (Balsamic reduction) in 20 minutes.
