  • 65 g Chana dal, (Or yellow split peas)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 fresh chilli
  • 10 g fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Brown onion, quartered
  • 2 very ripe tomatoes
  • 1 heaped teaspoon salt
  •  
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ΒΌ tsp garam masala
  • 1.5 tablespoon tamarind puree, (Or lemon juice)
