  • 7 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ cups water
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 ¼ lbs ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 7 cups Chinese chives (chopped finely)
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • salt (to taste)
