Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water or milk of choice
- 1 serve protein powder or LSA (optional)
- 1 grated apple
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 TBS shredded coconut
- ¼ cup goji or dried cranberries
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Handful of berries
- 2 TBS yoghurt
- 1 tsp sweetener
Steps
- 1. Combine oats with milk/water and put in fridge overnight.
- 2. Once soaked, combine with remaining ingredients. Serve as is. Can be stored in fridge for up to 4 days.
