Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or milk of choice
  • 1 serve protein powder or LSA (optional)
  • 1 grated apple
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 TBS shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup goji or dried cranberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Handful of berries
  • 2 TBS yoghurt
  • 1 tsp sweetener
Steps
  1. 1. Combine oats with milk/water and put in fridge overnight.
  2. 2. Once soaked, combine with remaining ingredients. Serve as is. Can be stored in fridge for up to 4 days.
