Chicken Cordon Bleu with Creamy White Sauce
Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons butter

  • ¾ cup white wine OR chicken broth for an alcohol free alternative
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon chicken base OR bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • dash of paprika
