Keto Krazy Bread

Ingredients
  • Bread
  • 4 cups almond flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cups shredded mozzerella
  • 2 Tbsp Johnny's Garlic Spread Seasoning
  •  
  • Buttery Spread
  • ½ Stick Butter, Melted
  • 1 Tbsp Johnny's Garlic Spread Seasoning
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix almond flour, mozzerella, eggs, and Johnny's in bowl until well mixed.  It should be slightly sticky but able to be handled by hand without making a sticky mess.  If needed, add extra almond flour by about ¼ cup at a time until it reaches dough-like consistency.
  3. Once it is well mixed, use hands to sort of knead the dough inside of the bowl to get it completely and utterly mixed as well as it can be.  Shape into large ball.
  4. Place dough ball on large sheet of parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper on top.
  5. Use roller to shape into a rectangular shape.  Mine was about ½" thick. To make it more visually appealing, I used a knife to cut the outter edges to make mine as rectangular as possible (I apparently suck at using a roller pin).
  6. Throw away top piece of parchment paper and place rectangular "dough" onto cookie sheet.
  7. Place in oven for 12 minutes.
  8. Mix together buttery spread and let sit while waiting on bread.
  9. Take bread out of oven, stir buttery spread until well blended and brush over entire top of bread until all has been used.
  10. Place back into oven for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from oven and cut into smaller portions.  Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
Notes
  • If you used a knife to better shape your dough into a rectangle and have leftover dough, you can re-roll into balls and then spread them out on parchment into bun size pieces for sandwiches or toast or whatever.  :)
