Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Ciabatta, divided into 8
  • 9oz / 250g Tomatoes, finely diced
  • ⅔ cup / 100g Feta, crumbled
  • 1 small Red Onion, finely diced (optional)
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 clove of Garlic, peeled
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Olive Oil
