  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided (about 5.5 ounces)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups shredded zucchini (about 7.5 ounces)
  • coarse kosher salt
