  • 1 large frozen banana (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 large Medjool dates (remove pit and chop into a paste) or 1 tablespoon date syrup
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • a drop of pure vanilla
