My Gluten Free Crumpets Recipe (Vegan/Dairy Free Option + Low Fodmap)
Ingredients
  • 400ml milk, (dairy free / vegan if necessary)
  • 1.5 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp yeast, (I use dry active yeast) (ensure it is gluten free)
  • 300g gluten free self raising flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
