Ingredients
  • Carrots- two pounds about 14 to 16 average sized carrots. Have your carrots scraped and sliced lengthwise in half. You can leave the ends on for roasting.
  • Olive Oil- 2 tablespoons.
  • Honey- 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt/pepper- to taste and can be omitted.
  • Salt Free Seasonings - 1 to 2 teaspoons. Good choices include thyme or rosemary.
