How to Cook Arajiru (Fish Bone Soup) 〜あら汁〜
Ingredients
  • Fish bones                                          approx. 200 g
  • Water                                                      2 cups
  • Kombu kelp                                                 5 g
  • Sake                                                        1 Tbsp
  • Salt                                                        ¼ Tsp
  • Scallion                                                      ½
  • note: This can be made with any fish bones and can also be  seasoned with Soy sauce or Miso.
