Ingredients
  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • ¼ to ½ c. mayonnaise (*add a little at a time to right the consistency)
  • 1< tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tbl sweet relish (as little juice as possible)
  • note: *2 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
  • note: *1 tbsp. chopped green olives (optional)
  • dash of paprika
Steps
  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise.
  3. Add the other ingredients and stir well.
  4. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish eggs with paprika.
Notes
  • * Don't add all of the mayo at once. Some mayonnaise is thinner and will leave it too thin. Start with ¼ cup and add as needed to get the right consistency.
  • ** I don't use onion or olives
