Green Thai Chicken Curry

Tamsin no recipe, I just put a tin of coconut milk, curry paste to your liking (for us about 2 tsp), mix, add diced chicken breasts, manual for 8mn

If you grate a couple of courgettes into the sauce at the start, they disintegrate and thicken the sauce as they cook. I learned that from a Thai person :-)
