Ingredients
  • Allison Bossio Mine is 2 cups rice cauliflower, ½ onion chopped, ½ cup green pepper, 1 tsp minced garlic, cooked a little while to release moisture, then add 2 eggs, 2 tbsps coconut flour, ½ cup cheese. Add cheese to pan and then the mix and a little more cheese on top. Close, flip, and wait until it doesn't stick! Made 8 of these little chaffles. I love this recipe!!!
