  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 3 large bananas, sliced into rounds

  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 cups shredded Oaxaca cheese (or any melty white cheese like Monterey Jack, Provolone or Mozzarella)
