Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 16oz of fat free cream cheese
  • 12oz 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • ¼ cup Stevia
Steps
  1. Make sure cream cheese is room temperature for easy mixing.
  2. Mix all ingredients in food processor or hand mixer.
  3. Pour in a greased 9 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 mins, then reduce heat to 200 and bake for addition 50 to 60 mins.
  5. Allow to cool for a couple of hours and then refrigerate overnight.
