- 2 tsp. imitation vanilla
- ½ block (4 oz.) cream cheese
- subheading: Cheesecake Crust Crumbs (optional):
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Truvia or ½ tsp. THM Sweet Blend
- 2 to 3 T low-carb flours of choice (I like a combination of almond flour, oat fiber, and ground golden flax)
