Cinnamon-spiced Brussels sprouts
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • 6 cups shaved Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ⅛ tsp. Black pepper
Steps
  1. 1. In a large skillet heat the 3 Tbsp. Olive oil over medium low heat. Stir in the cinnamon.
  2. 2. Add the Brussels sprouts, cook for 5 minutes or until just tender. Drizzle with the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
