  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • subheading: TAHINI SAUCE:
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 14 mini buns or dinner rolls sliced in half, toasted
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
