  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup red wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 lb spaghetti
