Ingredients
  • 1 large salmon filet
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic; chopped
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • fresh dill, to taste; chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
  1. Saute butter, garlic, and onion until onion is soft. Mix everything together in baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes of until fish flakes easily with a fork.
