Ingredients
- 1 C Gojoogaru
- 1 C chopped onion
- 15 garlic cloves
- ¼ C peeled ginger
- 2 TBSP salt
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP Oyster sauce
- 1 TBSP Soy sauce
- ¼ C Fish sauce
- 2 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
- ½ C Water
- Head of cabbage
Steps
- Blend all, except cabbage, until as smooth as possible.
- Coat cabbage quarters in paste, place in jars to ferment.
- Lid jars loosely to allow gas to escape.
- Ferment for 2 to 3 weeks in the dark.
