Sauteed Green Beans with Ground Beef

Ingredients
- Enuff white rice
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
- 2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 to 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup chopped cabbage (Nappa or whateva you have-a)
- ½ lb. fresh long green beans sliced diagonally into thin pieces
- 3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Steps
- In a rice cooker, make rice. 1 cup, 2 cup, who cares... make nuff.
- Heat wok on high heat. A castiron wok will just start to smoke when heated.
- Remove from heat and add oil (2Tbps; eyeball it). Swirl oil to coat
- Add ground beef and garlic. Cook until brown.
- Add onion, tomato, cabbage, green beans, soy sauce (15 to 20shakes), and pepper. Stir.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Serve with warm rice.
Notes
- Prepare ingredients in advance. You won't have time to chop once you add the meat.
