  • Enuff white rice
  •
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
  • 2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic
  •
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 to 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage (Nappa or whateva you have-a)
  • ½ lb. fresh long green beans sliced diagonally into thin pieces
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Steps
  1. In a rice cooker, make rice. 1 cup, 2 cup, who cares... make nuff.
  2. Heat wok on high heat. A castiron wok will just start to smoke when heated.
  3. Remove from heat and add oil (2Tbps; eyeball it). Swirl oil to coat
  4. Add ground beef and garlic. Cook until brown.
  5. Add onion, tomato, cabbage, green beans, soy sauce (15 to 20shakes), and pepper. Stir.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with warm rice.
Notes
  • Prepare ingredients in advance. You won't have time to chop once you add the meat.
