  • 1 handful mint, roughly chopped
  • 1 lime
  • 1 handful coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1 handful chives, roughly chopped
  • Chilli sesame seeds
  • Deep fried shallots
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce
  • salt & pepper
