03 Grilled/BBq fish Tuna/Salmon by Tom bartel/Steve Nguyen

Ingredients
  • 4-6oz Tuna/Salmon
  • 1 tbsp Dried mince onion
  • ¼ tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • ¼ tsp Pen-pen smoked seasoning "for a smoky flaover" (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 12"x12" sheet of aluminum foil
Steps
  1. combine everything on the foil adding olive oil/butter last. wrap up air tight. place on bbq grill med/high heat for 10 to 20mins (not do fully cook)
  2. take fish out of foil and place one grill on high to get gril marks and then reglaze with resereve sauce in foil and top with green onion.
