Easy Overnight Eggs Benedict Casserole
Ingredients

  • 227 grams (1 cup) milk, preferably whole milk
  • salt and pepper

  • 170 grams (1 ½ sticks, 6 ounces) unsalted butter, melted and still warm
  • 100 grams (about 6) egg yolks
  • 2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • squeeze of hot sauce, if desired or pinch of cayenne
