  • 1 ½ c (360 g) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) chili powder
  • ¼ tsp (1.2 mL) iodized salt
  • ⅛ tsp (0.6 mL) ground black pepper
  • 4 8-inch (20-cm) whole-wheat tortillas
  • 1 c (259 g) salsa
  • 2 c (144 g) romaine lettuce, shredded
