300 g potatoes, cut into ¼ or 1/6

100 g carrots, (chunky or dutch left whole)

450 g diced lamb

1 tbsp chicken stock paste, i use quirky's

1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste, EDC

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

750 g water, (3cups)

3 sprig rosemary

½ --- frozen peas, cup

½ dried risoni pasta, cup (or a whole cup to serve extra thick like picture)

parsley, garnish

1 onion, ¼

3 clove garlic

20 g olive oil
