Thick Chewy Paleo & Vegan Snickerdoodles
Ingredients

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 flax egg 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 2 ½ Tbsp water, set aside for 10 to 15 minutes
  • 1 ¼ cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp 1 tsp coconut flour sifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder *See note for making paleo corn free baking powder if desired
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
