Air fryer Quesadillas with leftover Instant Pot chicken breast

Ingredients
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chicken breast, cooked & shredded
  • 4TBS ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
Steps
  1. Preheat air fryer on 325° for 5 minutes
  2. 1.  Spread 2Tbs ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  3. 2.  Add ½ cup shredded chicken to each tortilla.
  4. 3.  Added ¼ cup shredded cheese to each tortilla.
  5. 4.  Fold tortillas in half.
  6. 5.  Place in the cooking chamber and spritz with olive oil
  7. 6.  cook on 325° for 8 minutes
  8. 7.  flip the quesadillas, spritz with olive oil
  9. 8.  cook for an additional 8 minutes
  10. 9.  remove quesadillas to plate and serve.
Notes
  • I use olive oil in an EVO trigger sprayer. ¼ tsp oil per spray.
