Chile Relleno Casserole

20 ounces whole green chiles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese, divided

1 cup shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, divided

8 large eggs

1 cup evaporated milk*

⅔ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon seasoning salt, such as Lawry’s

¾ teaspoon black pepper

Restaurant style salsa, for serving, homemade or store bought is fine!
