  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (4 oz.) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. grated lemon zest, plus 3 Tbsp. fresh juice, divided (from 2 large lemons)
  • ¼ tsp. table salt
  • 6 cups (about 24 oz.) powdered sugar
