Easy Healthy Mozzarella Sticks
Ingredients
  • 12 reduced fat mozzarella sticks (Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella sticks work well)
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten with 1 Tbsp water
  • ⅓ cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
